"Let the
Referral Program Pay
Your Maintenance Fees"
In good or tough
economic times there is not a better way to vacation than having
someone else pay your maintenance fee. As an owner, each time you
recommend a friend, relative, co-worker, or associate that you feel
meets the qualifications of the Defender Referral Program, and they
take a courtesy tour of your resort, you receive benefit. You will
receive a Defender Referral Certificate valued at $50.You can elect
to receive a check in this amount or have that amount credited
toward your maintenance fee. If your referral decides to purchase,
and we know they will, you will receive an added bonus. For each
referral that purchases, you will receive a Platinum, Gold, Silver
or Bronze Certificate. These are based upon the price of the week
that your referral purchases.**
Each guest that you
recommend, who takes a courtesy tour with our real estate agent, will
receive a choice of:
(A) Mini-Vacation Program - A three day and two night mini-vacation at one of our resorts, based upon availability.
(B) Drive Down Program - Gift.
This is our way of saying "Thank You" to your guests for spending time with us. As always, your guests are under no obligation to purchase anything. However, we feel that once they visit your resort and learn about the great vacation options we have to offer, many of them will become owners.
The Defender Referral Certificate Program will truly benefit you and your
referral guests and helps to keep maintenance fees down when they purchase.
