The look, the name and benefits have changed on the Defender Realty Referral Program, but the rewards are even greater. As an owner, each time you recommend a friend, relative, co-worker or associate that you feel meets the qualifications of the program, and they take a courtesy tour of the resort, you receive a check for $25.00. If they have already seen your resort, but did not purchase at that time, they would be able to become an owner now without touring the resort. You would still receive credit for that referral. If they decide to purchase, then there will be a special added cash bonus for you in addition to the $25.00 for the referral tour.

Each guest that you recommend, who takes a courtesy tour with our sales representative, will receive a choice of:

(A) Mini-Vacation Program - A three day and two night mini-vacation at one of our resorts, based upon availability.
(B) Drive Down Program - Vacation Certificate.

This is our way of saying "Thank You" to your guests for spending time with us. As always, your guests are under no obligation to purchase anything. However, we feel that once they visit your resort and learn about the great vacation options we have to offer, many of them will become owners.
